Presented during the 2020 annual Birmingham Historical Society meeting by Joe Limbaugh, the following is in response to a survey of the members and their assessed needs of the organization. Priorities included a new facility and a paid director to help sustain the society’s goals.

UPDATE! In the Fall of 2022, we moved after 37 years at Sloss Quarters to our new location at 2827 Highland Avenue. Many thanks in particular to Pat & Ehney Camp, The Camp Foundation, John Lauriello with SouthPace Properties, BHS President Wayne Hester, Regina & Blue Ammon, Gerry Waters, Carol Slaughter, Carol Ogle and Marjorie White for making this vision a reality.
